The parts didn’t come for my dishwasher. My very new dishwasher broke two weeks ago. It’s still under warranty so the repairman came and after three hours he ordered three parts to be shipped to my house. He told me that not all of those parts may be used. I took that as, you have electronic problems and I don’t know what’s wrong so let’s throw parts at it until it works again. After several phone calls….and yes, I threw a few fits, I found out they hadn’t even shipped two of the parts. I received an automated phone call telling me to return their call. Why not just have a real person call me to begin with? They want to cancel my appointment. Noooooo…..you cannot cancel my appointment. I waited four days for a repairman to show up late and then nine days for parts. And they want to cancel?  In the mean time, I’m washing dishes.
