
Green chili season is coming to a close. One bushel is safely tucked away in my deep freeze. And with a new bushel comes some sampling. So what's the perfect recipe to try out the new batch of chili besides some cheddar cheese with a slice of green chili between two pieces of bread? Of course, it's Green Chili Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. You can make it without the green chili if you really must. You could even used canned, but please don't tell me if you used canned.
